Refund - Where is it?

My account was hit with 2 charges on February 28th and on February 28th I requested it back.  This has happened before so I knew that I checked the do not renew automatically button last year! My account went into the negative and I don't appreciate it.  Further more, where is the phone number to speak to a person who can actually refund my money, it's been 13 days.  The total is $132.00 and $40 bounce fees.  This is ridiculous…
