Hey guys. So basically I just had a hundred pounds taken out of my bank account for an AVG renewal. I haven't used AVG for years (I must've had consecutive renewal payments I hadn't noticed). I think when I did use it years ago it was only for roughly six months till I switched to linux. Anyhow, I would like a refund and to cancel my renewal only the problem is I have no clue what email address I used for AVG "back in the day" so I cannot do this via the web form. I also cannot find a way to email support directly or anything like that. And chat is unavailable atm, so the forum is my only option at this point in time it seems.
Can someone direct me to the right way to go about this?
