Has anybody got hold on to support? I just cant understand this situation when they promise everywhere that you can get your money back,but thats imbossible to do though!!! How they can do this to customers!!! I really need my money back and I REALLY WANT TO REFUND!!

I m having the same issue with AVG, This is the worst experience i have ever had . Ive been trying to receive my refund since January .

The only way I’ve been able to receive support and even a reply to my email is by leaving TrustPilot. I am likewise waiting on a refund with no timeframe in which to expect my funds.

I did this and took like 24hrs and now my money will be refund to me!! <3 Thanks alot for help and others who strugle to do refund do that trustpilot review and you will get your money back.

make sure you reply to the email and ask to keep your support ticket open until you receive the funds in your account.
