I would like to know when I’m going to get my refund, I cancelled my subscription on the 21/07/2026 .

I spoke to an agent via online chat ( I have the full transcript of that chat) they promised me my full refund within 5–7 working days and I have still not received it!!!

I did not request AVG but £69.99 wastaken from my account without my authorisation Ido not wantAVG and wouil like a refund
