Need a REFUND: Call Safecart.com 1-855-432-0727. Tamara helped me. AVG will not always put your phone orders in your account. IF it is not there you cannot process a refund. Hold on to your email order confirmation to give to safecart. Don't let the techs say you did not purchase if clearly your credit card is charged and your received a confirmaiton email. I have been on the phone with techs and sales people for over 19 hours. My computer that was working fine yesterday is dead now. I will not be ordering anymore AVG products. I do not have time to be on hold for hours at a time to only be told they will call me back either. If I do not receive a product I expect a no hazzle refund. Just me I guess.

Avg is very sorry but no help with problem , my AVG security crashed so I went into AVG web site and rang what I believed was a avg operator who told me there was this that and the other wrong with my pc and told me I needed avg ultimate. It was installed remotely as Im computer illiterate. after only 3 days I realised it was useless to me and requested a refund. since then Ive had the same trouble and frustration as yourself. Oh they did take off my security and i did get a refund for that. I have been a AVG customer for over 3 years but will not be using them or recommending them in future.

Product I purchased over phone not in my account so I cannot click refund. Techs keep transferring me to the 1-844-259-8811 and they say they do not handle the refunds for AVG go and techs say they don't handle the refunds and back and forth. My computer was working until they went on to download and now it is not working at all. I have to take my computer in for operating system reboot now. Don't know what the techs did. No restore would help. Can't get online anymore and nothing opens. I need a refund and no one seems to be able to help or put the purchase on my account to show proof of purchase. Other then my order number 6101336051 that they said they had no product key to download anyway and could not put the old one back on I am still paying for. Just want my $199.99 back and I will use something else once my PC is back working again. How do I get someone to put this purchase on my account???

Upon checking your previous case records, we see that you have contacted our technical chat support and got the refund link to apply refund for AVG subscription.
Do you mean that you got help to get refund for AVG license from Safecart.com ?
To get refund for AVG products you have to contact only our legitimate support.
