Refunds not issued yet

Upon checking our records, we see that our colleague has asked for the confirmation of your refund request through email dated Mar 13th. Since there was no response from your end, the ticket wasn't handled further.

The last time I communicated was with a man called Sugavaneshwaran Krishnamenon on Feb 17th/2022 by email. The refunds I have been asking for is as follows  AVG INTERNET SCURITY FEB 16TH,2022, AVG TUNE UP FEB19,2022, AVG DRIVER UPDATE MARCH 20/2022.I wish to receive my refunds soon, as I am letting PAY PAL know I have an issue with this company and I see there are a lot of others trying to get their refunds too. Doesn't look good.
I have not used my AVG subscriptions at all. I have cancelled all future subscriptions also.
