Refunds - Unable to get a response from the Human Chat Channel

I am unable to Contact Support via the “Human Chat” option. It simply does not connect. I cannot resolve my issue by ticking online options and need to chat with a Customer Service agent directly.

We are still getting emails telling us our subscription to tuneup is expiring. I have checked and our subscriptions expire in November. Pls see below.

Not sure how this is happening as I rang AVG when we first got the messages. This is how we ended up with duplicate subscriptions last year, as it causes panic.
