There is a dispute raised for this charge from PayPal end. Hence, we will not be able to process refund for this charge.

I see that the statut of the dispute has been closed by paypal but no payment refund yet

Hi,
I want to cancel a subscription and get a payment refund.
No answer from Digital River who charged.
Automatic payment initiated 15 days before the anniversary date. Unacceptable
