REfusal to uninstall products

I have tried several times over the past week to uninstall AVG Antitrack, following an unconclusive trial.  IMPOSSIBLE, no answer to the clic!
I sent a mail to AVG but no answer as yet. My credit card will be debited on December 1st unless I cancel.
Failing a positive response by November 30, I will have to change my credit card, in order to avoid payment for a product I do not want. in that case, bye bye AVG, plus negative comments on the social media.
