However, let us check whether you are able to access this www.mymedicare.gov website is accessible when "HTTPS scanning" of web shield is disabled.
Open AVG Internet Security interface.
Click on "Menu–>Settings–>Components–>Customize" of web shield component.
Click on "HTTPS scanning" check box and then click on Ok.
Try to access the website and inform the status here.
If the issue persist, click on "Menu–>About" from program interface and check whether you have 18.8 version.
If not, update the program from "Menu–>Settings–>Update" to 18.8 and check the status with the website.

I have not been able to log on to one website for the last 3 days using Chrome, IE and Firefox (ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED). Have had AVG support but no resolution. Said it was sent to senior tech team but I've heard nothing from them and still no resolution. I have found that I can only connect to that specific website if I turn off all AVG products I have. Help!!
