In March of this year AVG sold me an upgrade from my basic anti-virus to AVG Protection at a reduced price. They emailed an invoice stating I had a 1 year subscription dating from 22Mar15. Now they claiming my protection has expired.
There is, of course, more to the story but those details are not important. The short of it is…
1. I paid the asking price for their product.
2. I have an invoice from them stating I have a 1 year subscription
3. They're refusing to honor it.
I intent to publicize this as much as possible in all online forums until I either get my remaining 6 months or I decide to quit doing business with AVG.
