Regarding Remote Desktop Connections

All computers referenced are Win10 Pro x64 with this months distaster called a patch installed.
I have gone under Menu>>Settings>>Full Protection>>Enhanced Firewall>>System Rules and enabled the "Allow remote desktop connections to this computer".
It doesnt matter what computer is connecting to which, the host computer (computer being connected to) has to have its firewall disabled for the RDC to work.
And I can only conclude I have gone so totally braindead I am missing something bloody obvious at this point.

Someone want to tell me what I am missing here?

Hello Jamie,

Please accept our apologies. We'll look into this & help you.
We understand that you can allow remote desktop connections when your AVG Internet Security.
To further narrow it down, we request you to disable the individual components/shields of your AVG Internet Security & check which shield is causing this issue.
Thanks in advance. Keep us updated.

For some reason I am having a devil of a time allowing Windows Remote Desktop Connections to work when AVG is running.  Only way I can get it to work is when I disable AVG on the system I am connecting to.  Any ideas as I am apparently braindead.  Thanks.

Thank you for writing back to us, Jamie.

We request you to change the network profile of your AVG Internet Security to "Private" as mentioned in this article & check if the issue persists.
Thanks in advance. Keep us updated.
