I purchased VPN. I could not install it on my machine. I had support log onto my machine and they download VPN again, actually twice but ran into the same situation that I did. My issue was sent on up the ladder and today I got a link to a newer version than the ones we, moi and support downloaded.
It was a free trial version that will work only for a few days. It worked except for 1 thing. I don't see any way to activate with my own paid subscription. When I log into my account it shows I have paid for it but this working download keeps trying to get me to purchase this one.
I have been now messing for over a week to instal this software and with the computer crashes it has caused I have lost data and valuable files that can't be replaced. The while idea of getting the AVG package was to prevent this kind of loss, not cause it. Please help.
