Registered email being denied by tech support contact form

I have a registered AVG Internet Security product (into 2019) and need tech support. My email is being denied on the tech support web form even though it works as my credentials for the product, AVG MyAccount, and this forum. It has a '+' in it and I'm guessing the web form denies the validation check upon submit. Whatever the reason, I need the tech support that I'm entitled to.
