had enough of all the instructions & still not finding the answer won't be using avg again !!

Thats all fine if you can mannage to get on to the support team in the first place.
Tried many times but no luck and hours of lost time.Great organisation there.

 am unable to activate my new avg product because the registration key does not accept it & so i have paid for something that i can't use, i need another registration key but don't know how to get one please HELP
