This ''software restriction policy/group policy'' has blocked all my AVG 2015 ultimate and prevented an AVG tech agent from doing a remote screen repair… it has also blocked my system restore as well as any security features I try to use… I found a topic for software restriction policy that lists some registry keys to be removed and I'm asking can someone walk me thru the registry edit? I also need to restore the remote screen share and system restore… is this caused by a virus or malware? any help greatly appreciated
Thanks very much
Thomas, 'Google' how to use winxp regedit to delete registry keys. Otherwise, If you don't feel fully competent seek assistance on your computer with an expert. Incorrectly changing the registry can lead to big problems.
