Regretting decision to use AVG

Hi, I can find no way of contacting AVG directly (my first gripe) to say, 'come on guys, I've got internet security, Tune up and now secure VPN with you and 5 minutes after i purchase AVG Secure VPN you send me an advert for your AntiTrack program and tell me even with VPN security, i can still be tracked'. Are you serious? this is a horrible and blatant way to just keeping 'milking' your customers. Please stop this shameful practice and perhaps combine all that's needed to stay safe online into one program. This ain't rocket science and will provide you with loyal customers who will stay faithful and won't consider posting truthful reviews that would make future purchasers of your products think twice. Just a thought. baz

Yes i do wish for the promotions to be disabled, although this is hardly my point. You should not be able to sell a product with a promise only to then once that product be brought  have a pop up while that product is running to tell you it won't do what was promised and suggest purchasing a further of your products. You're reply has seriously irked me, do you really consider your customers morons? Please can you ensure that my thoughts are past to a a manager in your organisation. While i'm ranting, could you please tell me why we are unable to use bbc iplayer with the VPN active?

I was unable to reply to your email, unable to find another email to contact you, this community took me 30 minutes trawling through unhappy customer comments, freezing every page and when i found my original post, it froze again and after 10 mins is still frozen so i have resorted to entering a new post. Please tell me why after this appalling service i shouldn't post comments on every review site i can find?
