Hi,
AVG poped up an alert saying menace is blocked, asking to move to quarantine.

Bur RegSvr32.exe is a Windows prog, as I know....

This looks like a false positive and to analyze further, I have sent an email instruction on how to submit the log files.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
