Reimagine pop ups via McAfee

Hi Douglas.
We're here to help. It is generally not recommended to use more than one security solution on a single system. They will compete for resources, which may result in slowdowns, crashes or in no protection at all. We'd request to uninstall the conflicting anti virus application. Did you try to uninstall the reimage repaid program from control panel?

AVG is our primary security program, and we do not know how we got this nor how to remove it. we continually get these pop ups; seems its a "reimagine" program and McAfee add on/ rider etc to some unknown program / update we have done. 
Please advise.
