I have been having trouble reinstalling my software. I had to uninstall it temporarilyfor repairs to the program because it was not working sufficiently after the first installation (it's performance was too slow & took too long) & I tried to reinstall it. hoping it will perform better & not conflict with my other necessary programs. "How can I make this reinstallation"?

I wish to chat with or call a representative directly also!
