Dear sir,
After a computercrash I had to buy a new PC. Therefor I reinstalled mij AVG internet security program, which I purchesed december 2016 (i.g. renewed my license). Ordernumber was  702-0338409.
How can I  use my product key to reactivate?

Thank you for getting back to us. You seem to have installed a trial version of AVG Multidevcie program which includes AVG Zen app. AVG Zen is not compatible with your paid AVG Internet Security license as your license is a for single computer. So, please uninstall AVG Zen and then install AVG Internet Securtiy.
To uninstall AVG Zen: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Uninstall-AVG-Zen
After you succesfully uninstalled AVG Zen, follow the steps below to download and install AVG Internet Security:
Please visit this webpage http://www.avg.com/us-en/download.prd-isc to download the offline installation file.
Run the downloaded file to start the installation process.
Follow the instructions on your screen.
When prompted, enter your AVG license number. The license number is sent automatically to your e-mail once purchased.
Complete the installation and restart your computer.

but in my case there are 2 missing options "Buy now" and "Activate", So I can’t choose “Activate”:
