Reinstall AVG web tune up

As per our record, you have purchased the license for AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) and it expires on 26/8/2017 and it is not AVG web tuneup.
AVG Web tuneup is our free browser add-on.

To reinstall your AVG PC tuneup please use our AVG remover tool.

My 4-year old home PC is having problem - it keeps rebooting itself when start-up. I'll soon to reinstall my Window 7 OS and need ti reinstall AVG web tune up which I purchased about 6 months ago for 2 years.  However, when I logged into my AVG account and I didn't see the order history.

I'm concerned that I may need to purchase again. Is there anyway to reinstall it when I recover my PC?
