If you bought AVG from Google play, than you should contact Google support for help on this.

I had to do a factory reset of AVG Pro for which I paid 8.99 UK pounds formy Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2  
All my previous apps got automatically reinstalled except AVG Pro which is no where to be seen.   When I look at Google Apps it shows AVG Pro paid version but there is no tick against it showing that I had already downloaded it.
I do not want to pay again.  Please advise how to get this reinstalled.
