My computer crashed and had to be reformatted. I lost all my software, including my AVG products. I tried to reinstall, but even linking through my account and the products had at least a year left on the contract, I was asked to pay again. Now, I have tried this personal support ($19.99), and all I get is this discussion service. I am getting very disappointed with this company!!
