I am just recovering from a complete Windows computer crash which resulted in my hard drive having to be re-formatted and caused me to lose all installed programs and lots of other stuff. I am attempting to reinstall my AVG Tune Up and you did send me a copy of my licence number but this keeps being rejected. I cannot install AVG without the licence number to get in and check what my licence number should be, so it is a catch 22 situation.
