If you wish you can request a refund for the recent charge and use AVG Internet Security Unlimited (If can be installed on unlimited devices like Windows, Android and MAC). To get a refund, visit https://support.avg.com/RefundForm and fill in the refund request form. Our refund team will process your request and get back to you via email.

You can click the refund link provided in the previous post to submit the refund request.

Hello, I ca't install the new licence number since I do'nt see, in the INternet Security menu, the Options function where, according to the instructions received, I should enter it. Is there another function?

Yes, I do'nt understand why they sent me a new licence now since the other one is stil active and valid. If I ask the refund, this will not invalidate my active licence?

So, I can ask for refund for the Internet  Securiry subscribed on 13.11.2015 and  continue to be protected by the AVG Internet Securirty Unlimited susbscribed in 2017. That's it?
