Reinstallation of AVG Internet Security

I had problems with my computer and reformatted the drive, then reinstalled Windows 8.1.
To reinstall I downloaded the Internet Security Paid Version. After installation it says I have two days left on my trial. Yet my records shows:
Order Number: 701-7468057
License expiration date: 2018-04-11

Can someone from support help with this, please?

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with AVG Internet Security activation. Please open AVG program (AVG dashboard/AVG Zen), check if you see your email address on the right top corner. If yes, then please click on that (email address) and leave this network. After that, please open AVG Internet Security trial > menu > about > subscription > enter License. Please enter your AVG Internet Security license to activate your paid AVG Internet Security subscription.
