One of the members of my family has had their internet connection change so that it doesn't get WIFI, but shows the connection as “no internet. Secured”.
the problem doesn't exist for other computers in the house, and happened after trying to reinstall AVG ultimate, which did not complete its installation, but froze part of the way through, not moving for over 10 minutes, after which it was stuck. AVG was uninstalled using revo uninstaller, and lan cables don't work. We've already tried restarting with safe networking, command prompt in administrator with the command netsh winsock reset after finding this problem in another unresolved case AVG Support Community | User Forum for All AVG products
which the computer showed as not having, the computer doesn't have tuneup installed, netsh int ip reset didn't work as well, we've tried flushing and resetting the dns resolver cache with the command prompt: ipconfig /flushdns command. she uses windows 10 on a GS76 Stealth computer.
