From your description, we see that you've received an email regarding the upgrade of AVG TuneUp (latest version).
It isn't required to install the older version. You may need to install the latest version.

Received notice AVG erroneously replaced AVG Tune Up  with new version and provided directions to delete the new version and reinstall the previous. I deleted the App but when I try to download the old version I receive error Code 5 permission denied. My subscription is valid until October,2020 and I am administrator on my PC.
