Can anyone help me out there? My AVG Internet Security 2015 was not working properly. So, according to AVG I need to uninstall and reinstall the product. I retrieved my license number.
I started the "uninstall" and the program stopped with the message that my firewall was locked or I was not the person authorized to do this???  I am so confused and really hoping that one of the experts or anyone else that has gone through this will help me.   Please??? I have so much computer work to do!!! (Don't we all?)   Thank you so much in advance.
