I am English and live in Spain. I have recently paid for and installed AVG Ultimate on my windows 10 PC, but it has been installed in Spanish language. I decided to uninstall the Spanish package (which I did) and reinstall in English but I am asked for my credit card no etc and treated as if it was a new installation. I do not know how to proceed without paying a second time?
