Reinstalling AVG

I have clicked on the Options tab as you first suggested, and the Support tab as you secondly suggested. There is no option to "Activate" or "Reactivate".
I tried downloading AVG 2014. All I got was AVG Zen. So another hour of my life wasted.
How do I get the service for which I have paid?

Hello Dot. I kindly request you to activate the AVG Internet security program by following the instruction on the article http://bit.ly/1bsLsmy . Please feel free to contact us back for any further assistance.

Have licence key. Have downloaded trial version. How do I get the version that I've paid for and have been using until my PC crashed and I had to re-install everything?

Hi Dot, sorry to hear that. Not to worry, I have sent you an email. Please follow the email instructions to get this issue resolved. Thanks.

Hi Dot, instead of downloading the AVG again, you can activate the Trial version. The license will be extended after the activation process.
1. Please open AVG Internet Security program and click on the 'Support' tab present at the top right corner of the AVG window.
2. Please click on 'Activate' or 'Reactivate' option and enter your license number.
3. Please click on 'OK' or 'Finish'. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the activation.
4. After activating AVG, you can check the expiry date by clicking on the  'Support' tab present at the top right corner of the AVG window. Please check if the expiry date has been extended.

If you wish to reinstall AVG in your computer, please refer this article. ( http://bit.ly/1bsCjtC ) Thanks.
