Reinstalling Driver updater

Following a Windows 10 major update I have had to reinstall windows 10. When I try to install AVG Driver updater I get an error message when it downloads.  "The subject is not trusted for the specified action" What should I do??

Please click here to download AVG Driver Updater installer, run the download file and install AVG Driver Updater. After that, open the installer AVG Driver Updater > support > enter registration key to activate it.
