Managed to install it. The licence key from the clients email was completely different from the one i copied from the old installation. It works nonetheless.

I've been reinstalling Internet Security for a client after a Windows reset. I obtained the licence key from the old intallation - even using the option to copy to the clipboard.
When trying to paste it during the installation process it appears in the box but the option to continue with the installation is greyed out. I have to type in a few extra random characters before it tells me the key is invalid - suggesting the key I have copied and pasted is too short.
Any help would be much appreciated.
