Rejection of emails

This week all my emails were rejected by KPN, because I used VPN. KPN told me that there was send large files of spam/fishing by my connection, so advised me to contact my VPN contact. It doesn't matter what IP adress (city or country) I use. Each adress I use lead to a rejection.

KPN said that all the AVG VPN gives a lot of spam and fishing mail. 2 weeks ago was this also a problem and now again.
Now I cannot longer use VPN because of this.

What do you advise and what will you do about this problem

I'm able to send messages while my VPN is turned off.  I have no problems with access to any website. I just cann't  send any email. If I change the VPN settings to a Torrent or een Streaming service I cannot send any message. It is possible to receive email, that's not een problem.

De message I received from KPN (my provider) is:

"Whole blocks from this VPN provider have been seen in spam runs so that they are all blocked. This is also happening two weeks earlier and then they were released. Unfortunately, however, the spam has come back almost immediately, so that a blockage has been set again. Only the VPN provider can prevent this."
and:
"This is the mail system at KPN.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered because it contains virus, spam, phishing or is blocked.
