Yes, it is, I have AVG Safeguard Toolbar.

I keep getting a pop up asking me to "Relaunch Browsers" to apply security settings, if I click on the button I get a window with a green scrolling line and nothing else happens.

Can anyone suggest a way to either apply the security settings or stop the message?
