We will help you with the activation. Please check if you have AVG TuneUp, AVG Secure VPN and Password Protection icon on your desktop screen?
If so, open AVG TuneUp -> My AVG -> My Subscription -> Log out and remove license (if available) -> Log in -> enter your email address and password. Follow the same on AVG Secure VPN and check its status.

PC world had to wipe my laptop back to factory settings. Now trying to work on reloading my softwares etc. I appear to have reloaded and activated my Internet security but I don't appear to have succeded with my Tune up and Secure VPN or Password protection. Can you advise…as when I try to do this is says I just need to open my AVG account…however I had previously downloaded but now wiped so it does not appear to work/download and asks me for payments
