Installation of AVG Internet Security on behalf of Grietje van der Heide – Schoon, Amstelveen, The Netherlands

January 7, 2018 in a chat with mr Vigneshwaran, chat case number 05865252, my computer was taken over by remote access. My AVG Antivirus was upgraded to AVG Internet Security for 1 computer.
I received an invoice on 07-01-2018, order number 81383233, AVG order reference number 704-0587945, to the amount of € 24,99:
In the chat I was not satisfactory informed about the questions I had put in, neither does the invoice give me insight in what actually happened.
I would appreciate receiving an answer on the following items:
1.
I had a licence for AVG Antivirus for 2 years, expiring Feb. 6, 2019 at a cost of € 52,99. The above invoices mention a licence period of 2 years but no expiring date. The new AVG window does: 06-02-2019. Is this right?
2.
Is € 24,99 the additional price for the upgrade to Internet Security for the rest of this year 2018?
3.
I had asked for my Antivirus to be replaced by Internet Security – Unlimited 2017 (€ 54,99), for the advantage of full protection for my other computers and mobile phones.
Instead the upgrade I got does not come with the window as shown in fig. 2 at site https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=nl&urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Protection&retUrl=support_Protection, which shows a button to add devices. According to my chatting partner Mr Vigneshwaran ‘this option is not in the updated version’. I regret not having received the version I asked for. Are my other devices included anyhow?
4.
If not, do I have to download this AVG Internet Security on my other devices with the same licence number? Do I have to pay for it? Do I get the same features e.g. having a network?
5.
The invoices do not give procedure for the payment. Can I use Ideal (which I prefer) or credit card? Which Bank name and Account number should I use? I suppose it is not AVG eCommerce CY Limited and nr. 59 39 63 85?
