i am writing this way in the hope that I will be able to solve my problem through you.  I have been a customer of yours for the last two years, but due to my non-use of your service, I would like to cancel my subscriptions as of today.  I have not really used this type of protection for almost a year and six months, and my subscription continues.  I did not pay the subscription that you are demanding for this year, knowing that I have an option with you for a refund.  Can I count on you to stop this for me, because I really don't use as I wrote the type of this computer protection.  I have been trying through your station to find my payment, but unfortunately I am unable to cancel my contract with you.  I hope you will help me solve this case.
