Hi Dongsu,

AVG Secure VPN hides the IP address of your computer using encrypted connection.
Remote desktop needs to locate your computer IP address for connection. You can't use remote desktop with AVG Secure VPN turned ON. This is the normal behaviour.
You need to turn off AVG Secure VPN to use remote desktop.

I'm using AVG VPN.
I cannot use remote desktop  when VPN is on.
