Remote Desktop Connection blocked

Hello
I can not get in my machine
I imagine
Becuase, I can not Set to public to Private
Because at the list o Network profiles
No items in the list
I'm using
Avg Intenet Security Version: 20.2.3116 (build 20.2.5130.571)

Hello Ignacio,

We request you to check the other setting in AVG Firewall.
Open AVG Internet Security window.
Click on "Menu–>Settings–>Components".
Click on "customize" of "enhanced Firewall" component and select "Network Profiles".
If the profile is set to "Public", click on it and change it to "Private".
Check the status with remote connection.

Hi, Im using AVG Internet Security.
I´m trying to connect to my pc using Remote Desktop Connection.
I activate the connection in Options–> Components–> Firewall –> System Rules (Allow remote desktop connections to this computer)
But when I try to connect, it doesn´t work. If I deactivate the AVG Firewall, it works well.

What can I do? Thanks!
