Remote Setting (2) Customer care#02805089

Mr Alan Binch, I don't need to start a new request, it seems as though I have created enough of a problem already. On my request #02805089 there has been no resolution as of yet. I have tried, and done everything that was requested of me, and can't get the PC TuneUp installed. I was going thru my past bills from your company and I discovered something that may be a problem. I see that my existing PC TuneUp: TMAED-DWKJK-4MK2D-ACZWW-6I2JJ-LDP7Y doesn't expire until June 27, 2016 and is set up as an Auto Renewal. I know I must be a pain but I purchased produce that is not able to be used. Please explain, and if I need to release my computor to your Staff  to remotely install this program I'll be glad to do so.   Thanking you in advance, Dan Foster
