I have managed to solve my problem by using the default setting. I can't say that I am very happy
and if it  happens again, that will be the finish and out it goes.

AVG Security is not working on one of my computers and I am thoroughly fed up with trying to get it fixed , so have decided to remove it.  I have tried to download both the clear tool and removal tool, but neither one will download. When I try to uninstall the programme I get the message that it is running and cannot be deleted. Can anyone helo?.
