On checking your account details, we could see the following AVG product being active: AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device) (10 devices), valid until June 7, 2023. 
You can install this AVG Internet Security product upto 10 devices.
If you wish to remove a device from your AVG subscription, please feel free to contact our AVG billing & sales team using this link: https://support.avg.com/support_sales_chat?l=en and they will check and help you to change the AVG activation code.

Good afternoon, I have AVG Internet Security on my two PCs and I installed it for a friend who lives in the United States. How can I remove or cancel that protection?
