please read my previous message sathish.
Hello John. Sorry to hear that. You cannot post in our community unless you create an AVG account. AVG will detect all the threats and will remove it If it is not removed it .The threats would have affected your system files. If you delete those threats manually there is a chance for system crash. To remove those threats you need to contact our AVG technical support. They will help you with this issue. To contact AVG technical :https://support.avg.com/support_contact_form? . Please feel free to contact us for further assistance. Thank you.
Firstly can I say how long winded it is to get support from avg. This support forum is a nightmare to find & there's no direct support contact for any issue's which I find frustrating. So I've had to set up an account in order to post issue's on this forum.
Secondly, the problem I am currently experiencing with avg is that if I scan a folder or drive etc, avg may find some possible threats. It then has only one command 'remove all'. This doesn't always work, it wouldn't remove or make safe any of the listed threats it had found. My only option was to go down the list one by one & manually remove them myself. Why would the remove all button not remove anything? Is there a fix for this issue?
There was no blocking message, the button simply didn't work?
AVG didn't automatically remove the threats, I had to do this manually & the 'remove all' button did nothing. The files were not system files so wouldn't effect the system. Nothing crashed, just the 'remove all' button failure to respond.
I have tried contacting the support link you gave but after completing the form, the chat window failed to open. So haven't got a response from support as yet.
If it happens again I will get a screen shot of it,but it looks no different to normal. Now I've manually removed the threats I can't recreate the issue for a screen shot. But I don't want to manually remove threats everytime which is why I've reported it.
