To remove the active devices, please uninstall the AVG subscription from the concerned device. Once the product is uninstalled, it would take maximum 30 days to update the active devices count in AVG My account, so I'd request you to uninstall the AVG program, wait for 30 days and check the status.

Note: While removing the AVG Secure VPN subscription, please deactivate it in My subscription.
