I understand the inconvenience.
I see that you have been charged for the renewal of AVG Internet Security - Unlimited Devices (1 year subscription) on 23rd December 2018 under email (*****@ozemail.com.au).
Are you willing to get refund for this renewed subscription?

I want to unsubscribe to AVG. 
My licence has been automatically renewed under an old email address that has been taken down.  I no longer want to subscribe to AVG and have taken it off my laptop.   As I have been automatically billed for a renewal,  I am not sure what I need to do.    I do not wish to pay for a licence that I am not going to use.   
Please help me unsubscribe
