I did a trial with AVG. Dang thing automatically converted some of my Word Docs to AVG formatted PDFs. Didn't ask for it, didn't want it. Now I need them back! How do I get back to MY docs, not AVG unauthorized converted docs?! Also, I did an uninstall from Programs in Windows, but they leave their
browser on the system AND if you access Windows C: you still see a whole AVG folder on the system, and you try to delete that it denies you "Administrator Access required". What the crap? All from a

We regret the inconvenience caused.
This is caused due to installing AVG Secure browser and making it default browser on your PC. When you install AVG AntiVirus free or AVG Internet Security trial, you will see an option to install AVG Secure browser on the welcome page of installation setup.
By default, it is opted to install AVG Secure Browser. You can opt it out by unticking the browser installation. We'd request to uninstall AVG Secure browser and change the default app to open Doc files to Word as described in this link.
Reinstall the trial version this time by excluding AVG Secure Browser and you should not experience this issue again.
