Remove computer from list license users

We are glad to clarify this to you.
LUMP (License Usage Monitoring Platform). LUMP counts all activation attempts in the last 30 days. The counter resets automatically after 30 days.
For example, if you reactivate AVG on same PC, it will also be counted as 1 new device.
To fix this issue, we request you to contact our AVG sales team with this chat link: https://support.avg.com/support_sales_chat?l=en and make a request to change for the new activation code.

how do i remove computer from the list to drop the count of license available?
what i mean is that i have 10 license and only 8 machines but for some reason the count shows 11.
is there a way to refresh it? like changing password on the account?
