Remove device from AVG Zen Network

Hello Rob,

I understand that you want help in removing device from AVG Zen. Please be informed that after the recent update from AVG, this Zen dashboard will not be available. This Zen dashboard is coming to end of life. For now, if you have AVG PC TuneUp installed, click on the same and select "Go to Zen". In the AVG dashboard, click on Menu->Device Settings, select the devive you want to remove and click on "Remove from your devices".

Thank you so much for the fast reply. Coming to an end you say? So what happens if a device is outdated for a long time? Will it be removed automatically? Because I do a fresh install of Windows every few months

What if I deleted a device by mistake? How do I get it back?

I have Internet Security and Tune up and all I can do is to send a new invitation. However, the device does not show in Zen (tried to go through tune up as described "if you have AVG PC TuneUp installed, click on the same and select "Go to Zen")

You're correct. If you're doing a fresh installation of Windows then the installed AVG program files might be corrupted and you have to reinstall it.

I have avg internet security on 3 computers.  I use the same email address on all of them.  I have spent way too many hours downloading, activating, installing on each computer.  I am totally disgusted with the product and I don't want to spend money to install it properly,   You sent me an email asking if I needed help.  Maybe you can figure out the problem and let me know.
